It clearly indicates the number of people allowed inside the apartment at once. Anything above the mentioned number will be considered a gathering. Please note while gatherings are strictly prohibited there are no restrictions on minor social visits by friends and family. *Disturbance: Noise and loud music will not be tolerated after 11 pm. Any form of disturbance to the local neighborhood will not be tolerated at any given time.
