The space We are in a residential neighborhood, so we don't allow parties or group visitors. This is a non smoking rental, so there is a $300 fee if you smoke inside. Please don't do it, NO SMOKING OR VAPING. We are about 10 mins from Oak Hill and Bravera Health Hospital, quick access to Sun Coast highway, restaurant, shopping, minute to Weeki-Wachee Spring, Homossassa River, and beautiful botanical etc.. Nurses, Doctors, Snow Birds, anyone between selling and closing on another home, and Business Travelers are welcome. Guest access During your stay We offer self check-in and we're always available to assist and answer any questions you may have via phone, text, or email. Code for the smart lock will be provided on checking day. Other things to note No Trailers, RV's, Boats allowed in the parking lots. For longer stay, we only provide a week of supply to get you started (Paper towels, tissues, laundry detergents, soap dish, trash bags and complimentary toiletries). Forget Something!!!! If we don't have it, Walmart is minutes away!!!! Cleaning is done before check in and after you check out. We do not keep foods or snacks due to food allergies.
