The Northern Hideout! Tucked away in a Northern Community is this beautifully located Bunkie on Whitson Lake In Sudbury. The view is amazing on the banks of Whitson lake. Feel like you are in the middle of nowhere inside a small city! Come enjoy this OFF GRID luxury getaway and unplug for a while! Take a lap around the lake in the provided canoe! Ask me about a rental Sauna!! $300 a day. *subject to availability. Guest access The entire waterfront property is yours to enjoy! Other things to note The bunkie is completely off grid with a 1500 watt solar system and a propane heater. Conserve energy where ever possible :) ****WINTER - come with the intention of it being COLD! The heater works…but the loft gets warm and the bottom stays very cold**** ***Steep terrain to and from water front!*** There is no running water and only bare essentials so come prepared! Pretend you’re going camping! Nature awaits! The Canoe is free to use! Fishing has been great right off the dock too this summer! The lake is stocked! There is a brand new barbecue with a side burner available to use. Propane is supplied. Bedding is provided for one bed only. Host will supply 1 bag of fire wood - wood can be purchased nearby or please message host to have some delivered at a cost *** Any wood used out of the wood storage will be charged back***
