Our condo is fresh and clean with balcony which is one of my favorite place, it is overlooking amenities and city view where you can just enjoy it by yourself or share it with your love ones. The space The lay out is ideal for single person, couple,friends and families. Comfortable abode carefully planned to give maximum space. With fully equipped kitchen coupled with 6 cubic refrigerator, kettle, microwave and rice cooker. There is no cooking allowed in the condo,but you can use the microwave,rice cooker and kettle if you prefer. Breakfast table with two chairs. Also stocked with various cookware,cutlery and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower and water heater. Split type AC. Free WiFi in the unit and local phone. Please limit calls Guest access Our Registered guests can access common areas,club house and amenities. - Relaxing open balcony - Guests can also access the SKY LOUNGE for FREE located at rooftop deck of our building (Tower 3) to enjoy the majestic 360 view of Tagaytay city, Taal Lake and Taal Volcano -Jogging trail, landscaped gardens,kids playground FYI: Minimal Fees for Parking and Amenities: Payable to admin Swimming Pool -- PHP 150 per person (regular days) PHP 300 -- (public holidays) Basketball/Tennis Court -- PHP 50 per person Badminton Court --- Free access from 8 am to 6 pm Please follow rules on time of access of the above For Guests who has Vehicles: Parking located at the Back of Club House Parking Fees: PHP 30 for the 1st 4 hours + 10 for succeeding hours OR PHP 100 overnight parking OR PHP 150 overnight parking with re entry Parking Fee at the front near commercial areas: PHP 40 for the first 4 hours + 20 per succeeding hours Note: Guests can ask the commercial areas to validate it for FREE if they eat or avail of their services Other things to note Please remember to bring one valid government issued ID for registration to present it to the property managers to assists you at the reception during check in Security deposit of PHP 1000 is due upon arrival to be given to my property managers. This is refundable upon check out when there are no damages or no missing items in the unit.
