Faith Cottage 2 Blocks from Beach

How about a spacious townhome just 2 blocks from the beach? With a private courtyard, this cottage is fully equipped with all the necessities: range, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, SMART TV, WiFi, and clothes washer and dryer. This cute little slice of heaven can comfortably accommodate 5 people and is outfitted with fun Bohemian décor in the common areas. PET FRIENDLY And yes, dogs are welcome! We allow up to two dogs in the home. The space We provide towels, linen, shampoo, body wash and a starter kit of toilet paper and paper towels for your stay. You are welcome to borrow our beach towels and there is a washer and dryer on sight for you to use. Because the property is a privately owned townhome, please minimize disruption to neighbors, traffic flow, and our little community. Quiet hours are from 11PM-8AM. Guest access Rental is for the entire cottage. It's all yours! Other things to note There are 4 beds (1 queen and 3 twin beds.) The main level has the living room, kitchen and half bath. The second floor has 1 queen bed , 1 twin bed and the full sized bathroom. The third floor, loft, has 2 twin beds. Please note that there is no door to the loft bedroom. The residence has lots of stairs within the home (including a steeper climb to the loft level). The cottage is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The home is not ADA accessible. Guests have access to the on-site washer and dryer located in the storage shed. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($55 per stay. ) We are happy to host up to two dogs. Dogs must be housebroken, be on flea and tick control and be on a leash while in the community common areas (including the center courtyard and parking areas.) Unfortunately, we cannot host cats in the home because the owner is highly allergic.
