Chalet Bolquera

Located in a typical Cerdanya village with magnificent mountain views, this chalet offers cosy accommodation with balconies, a 200 m² garden and private parking. It is 6km from the Font Romeu ski resort and its golf course, 3.7km from the Bolquere Pyrenees 2000 resort, and 14km from the Les Angles resort. The accommodation is 100m² and can accommodate up to 8 travellers and includes a 40m² living room, an open plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - Garage and laundry room. On the first floor : - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area (8 people) with wood-burning stove. - An open plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, raclette machine, dishwasher, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... On the 2nd floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200), TV. - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. On the 3rd floor : - Bedroom 3: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an open bathroom with bathtub and WC. - Bedroom 4: two single beds. Exterior: - A beautiful south-facing individual garden of about 200 m². - Two balconies, one on the 1st floor and the second on the 2nd floor with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The stairs are slightly steep. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged. - Delivery of breakfast, shopping, ski pass and equipment, on reservation (payment to be made to our partner on site).
