Ski Base Condo- Pet Friendly w/ Pool & Hot Tub

Welcome to the Grand Lodge- 278 This studio suite sleeps 4 and is located on the second floor- a short distance to the pool, hot tub and restaurant. Located at the base of Mt. Crested Butte, it’s only a three minute walk to the lifts! Enjoy easy access to the base area with coffee shops, restaurants & bars, and ski/bike rentals. Ride the town shuttle into downtown Crested Butte and take a stroll down charming, historic Elk street with many restaurants, shops, and bars. The space The studio suite is split into two spaces. The main room offers a king size bed with a tv. The second room is the living room area with a queen sofa bed with tv, kitchenette, and dinette table. A bathroom is located in between the two spaces and complimentary toiletries are provided during your stay. The kitchenette comes equipped with an electric stove, toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge, and dishwasher. Outside the unit on the second floor you can find a smartphone-paid laundry room and vending machines are located near the lobby. Guest access As an Airbnb guest at Grand Lodge you will have access to the shared pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, ski valet/storage, restaurant and lobby areas. Please note- there is no access to Grand Lodge hotel guest services like concierge/business center or daily cleaning as this is a self managed unit. Other things to note Pet Friendly Unit This is a pet friendly unit but we ask you to observe the following rules. Pet friendly rules: 1. Only 1 dog is allowed per room. 2. The dog must not disturb neighbors. The Grand Lodge can ask the dog owner to leave if there is too much nuisance. 3. There is a $35 pet fee per stay and additional charges may incur if additional cleaning is required. STR Lic#304008
