Serene 1 Bedroom with Free parking space.
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The space is a private basement apt that has its own private entrance from the outside. It has windows in the Bedroom, Kitchen, and Living area to give natural light and fresh air. There are approximately 10 steps going down to the basement main door. I live on the property with my family on the first floor. With that in mind, you will hear footsteps at certain times of the day or night. I am mindful of my guests so my family is aware of quiet time. The patio, backyard, front lawn and driveway are shared spaces. The Backyard is completely fenced and has hedging to give privacy from the neighboring house. Communication is key! Every guest is important, so if you need something that is within reason. I will try my best to fulfill the request. I am a door ring away if you need assistance. Even if it means, operating the TV remote. My motto, is " I can't give you superb customer service if you don't let me be aware of your request." It is a cute little suburban village. It is close to Sleep-Hollow/ Tarrytown. Top Attractions are Rockefeller State Park, Jacob Burns Film Center, Graham Hills Park, and Kensico Dam Park. It's accessible to the Metro-North train station which can take you to Manhattan for a night out in the city. It's walkable to local restaurants, Pubs, diners, and a 24-7 fitness gym. You can get around via Car and public transportation, Bee- line bus, Metro North station is near by under 5 minutes. Uber or Lyft is also an option. The Grill and other summer amenities are shared items. However, the backyard is huge enough to accommodate 2 families at the same time. But, once a guest is in the apt, I give them the preference for usage and privacy.
