Goose Room, beautiful quiet farm at edge of town.

This home is on a 5 acre farm on a dead end paved road. Just 5 miles from Kootenai Health. Close to stores, restaurants, health and exercise centers, theaters, bike paths, Silverwood Theme Park, and zip lining above Lake Coeur d'Alene. There are security cameras outside @ ext. doors. We are offering nightly & monthly rates. This is a quiet home. No children allowed. If you are a smoker, please choose other accommodations. One of our grandchildren is extremely allergic to 2nd hand smoke residue. The space This space is very unique. There are a couple of mounted geese, and a collection of duck decoys on the wall. There is also a collection of old fishing lures on an antique fishing rod. It is very relaxing and very country themed. It has its own seating area like a little living room right there in your own private space. You have your own personal midsize refrigerator and your own personal microwave, as well as the shared use of the full kitchen and office and living and dining area. Guest access This room is in a beautiful newly remodeled home with nightly, weekly, and monthly rates. Each room is allowed shared use of the kitchen, pantry, refrigerator, dining area, living room, utility room, and office area. During your stay We are generally home. We interact with our guests when they choose to. We are very flexible. Other things to note We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rates. And please, no children or pets. This is a quiet home, not a party house. No children allowed. Quiet time from 9:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M The WIFI speed in the goose room runs at about 150 to 200 MBPS. In the office of the home, the WIFI speed is 400 to 800 MBPS. The goose room is separated from the house by a nearly soundproof firewall. That is the reason for the slower WIFI speed. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on our property. We like to block out our entire home periodically for family reunions, and we have grandchildren who are highly allergic to second hand smoke and smoke residue.
