The space A new cottage built to an exceptionally high standard comprising of a large studio style room with en-suite. The bed is queen size fitted with Belgium flax linen, goose down duvets and feather pillows. A fully appointed kitchen with new modern appliances allows full catering if you chose to eat in. A comfortable lounge includes a wood fire heater, air-conditioning and TV. A spacious private deck overlooking the natural bush beyond has table a chairs for outdoor dinning, Weber Q BBQ and a large umbrella for shade. Other things to note This house is one of 3 guest homes on the large property. They are located on the outskirts of the village of Whitfield, just a few minutes walk to two of the premier local wineries - Pizzini and Dal Zotto, local cafe hobbledehoy, King Valley Fine Foods, Whitfield General Store and the Mountain View Hotel. Winter is here - Firewood is available from the farmer across the road for $25 for a bag. Let us know if you want a bag and I will arrange it. We do have WiFi on the property but it is mobile data and can be load affected at times. Telstra and Optus mobiles work on the property, Vodafone and TPG do not work at all in the valley.
