This is not your usual accommodation. Here, you can cook dinner, sip tea by the window, read quietly, or simply do nothing at all. Wanhua District, Taipei — just a short walk from Ximen MRT Tucked inside a residential building with an elevator, we’ve transformed the space into a homey flat with a shared kitchen — part friend’s place, part urban retreat. More than a place to stay — it's an invitation. We created this space as a letter to the city, an experiment in living with intention and connection. You’re welcome to use everything in the space— from cookware and appliances to seasonings and cleaning essentials. Just a quick note: If you’d like to use items from the fridge or the balcony cabinet, please check with us first to confirm availability. You’ll need to borrow a key from the security guard and use a key fob to access the elevator. The windows face the community courtyard and can be opened for better air circulation and a more comfortable atmosphere. Please close all windows and doors after 10 PM to keep noise inside and respect the neighbors. You’re welcome to invite friends over, but please wrap up any gatherings by 10 PM to maintain the building’s quiet environment. Security cameras are installed at the main entrance, kitchen, and dining area for safety purposes. They do not cover the sofa bed. Cameras are not actively monitored and are only reviewed in case of emergencies like earthquakes. Please feel at ease using the space. ✅ Community Etiquette & Quiet Hours Most residents in this building are long-term tenants. Kindly avoid loud noise or parties after 10 PM. If you happen to meet neighbors or the building’s security guard, a friendly greeting goes a long way—it helps us maintain good relationships in the community. ✅ Friendly but Non-Intrusive Hosts Feel free to contact us if you encounter any emergencies—we’re here to help.
