This is a Private room in a house in the Bellevue Factoria mall area. It's really close to T-Mobile Corporate Office and Bellevue College (within walking distance). Very short drive to Bellevue downtown, Microsoft camps, Amazon camps, etc. Very convenient for life and a very safe nice neighborhood area. Easy access to highway, close to shopping mall, Gyms, groceries, and restaurants. This is not a fancy house but we kept it clean and cozy. Wellcome stays with us... The space This is a single house that includes 4 bedrooms, but we only have one bathroom. So please be considerate of others when you use the bathroom. we provide basic kitchenware for you to cook if needed. please wash your dishes and keep the kitchen clean after using it. Guest access You are free to use the kitchen and living area. Just remember to be considerate of others, and be respectful. We hope everyone feels comfortable during their stay. Thanks a lot for your understanding. Other things to note When you do your laundry, please try not only to wash one towel in a load to avoid wasting natural resources. If you have a small load of laundry to wash please try to use quick wash if not too dirty. Many places don't have enough water resources but we have it here please value it.
