Across the street from Von Stiehl-Newly Renovated!

Welcome to The Steele Magnolia!! Completely renovated 2 bed/1ba plus bonus pull out futon couch. We are located directly across the street from Von Stiehl Winery and are just a few minutes walk to Crescent Beach! Please note that we are on the third story of the apartment building, and it is not handicap accessible. If you are unable to take the stairs, you may want to consider booking somewhere that is. :) The space Note: This unit has been completely renovated but we are just waiting on our professional photos! The decor is similar but not the exact layout. This unit will include a rust orange velvet couch and fun light fixtures. To access Unit 6 you will want to enter through the door with the side lights, which is accessed and visible from the parking lot. You will go up the stairs on your right all the way to the top of the stairs. Unit 6 will be the first door to your left on the third story. Opening the front door you will find the floors to have all new luxury vinyl flooring and tastefully decorated. In the living room I have chosen the seating arrangement to be conversational and inviting. This includes an 84” sleeper futon couch, relaxing furniture, board games, variety of books and a large smart TV. Note: There is also an AC window unit located in the living room. If the temperature is hot outside, I recommend to turn the AC unit on when you check in so you can cool the suite off while your outside enjoying the town! Through the living room opens to the hallway with the bathroom and bedrooms. The bathroom is fully renovated which includes a tub/tiled shower and beautifully designed tile floor. The bedroom to your right is furnished with a one queen and one twin bed. Note: This bedroom has a locked cabinet. Inside the locked cabinet are extra supplies for our cleaners. The bedroom to the left has plenty of hangers for everyone to utilize. Entering into the kitchen which has all new cabinetry and full tile wall backsplash. I have added a huge kitchen table with 6 chairs along with a fully stocked coffee bar! The kitchen also has an exit door that leads out to the other staircase. You can use the same code for either door to exit/enter the building. We are beginning renovations on this property in May 2022. I take great care in designing properties specifically with relaxation in mind and can't wait for you to relax and enjoy this property that is within walking distance to everything in Algoma! Guest access The property does have a parking lot with one designated parking space per unit. For example if you are staying in unit 6, you will be designated parking spot number 6. If you have more than one of car, there is additional parking on the road or at the park down the street. Other things to note This property is a 9-unit apartment building. We do have other long-term renters in the building in units 7 & 9. This summer we plan on having a newly paved parking lot as well! Laundry: We do not have any washer and dryer hookups however we are lucky enough to have a laundry mat right next door! Bugs: Even though we have sprayed inside and outside twice a year, we are by the water! You can expect to see a few insects here and there. Door lock: Just a hint on the door code, if you touch it to light it up that will count as the first number. Try to touch the first number of the code you were given followed by the remaining 3 numbers. The numbers are in the same location as a phone key pad.
