The space THE SPACE: Welcome to your home away from home while visiting the city. Recently updated and designed with an eclectic style, this 3-bedroom/1-bathroom flat will suit all of your needs. Relax after a long day working or exploring in front of our 50” Roku TV ready to log into your streaming accounts. Whip up a meal in the stocked kitchen, which includes a drip coffee maker, tea kettle, coffee, tea, sweeteners and creamers, various cooking utensils and a dishwasher. The bathroom includes all the necessary towels and bath products (hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). WORK: You will be able to sit and work at the large table in the bright and well lit dining room. THE AREA: We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. You can reach us through the conversation thread or text messaging during your stay. OCCUPANCY: This unit allows 6 overnight guests. Over occupancy may result in eviction. PARKING: There is free street parking in front of the property. GATHERINGS: We know people like to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply. SECURITY: For security reasons there is a noise monitoring system inside of the unit, however, this only monitors decibels and does not function as a recording device. Security Cameras: For your safety and security, we have cameras monitoring the exterior of the property and common areas. Please note that there are no recording devices inside the property. CAUTION: Unauthorized Access Prohibited ON BACK DOOR This door is equipped with an alarm system. Opening it without authorization will trigger an alarm. Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge. Guest access Check-in is simple and hassle-free! You'll receive detailed check-in instructions 3 days before your arrival, and your unique door access code will be sent 24 hours prior. We offer a seamless self check-in process to make your arrival as smooth as possible. Other things to note //DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS This space has been designed to feel like a home away from home with many amenities. The booking guest is responsible for any incidentals, damage, or missing items during your stay. This includes but is not limited to destroyed and stained towels and linens. //NO PETS We all agree that dogs (and cats!) are our best friends, due to the many common elements of our house, and allergies of our past guests, we do not allow pets. There are no exceptions to this rule including assistance/service animals. There will be a $250 cleaning fee assessed if its determined a pet has been anywhere in the house. //GUEST COUNT The amount of guests that are included in your reservation includes anyone entering the apartment during your stay, not just those staying overnight. If you bring more guests than reserved, you will be charged for the additional number of guests or your booking will be canceled immediately without refund. //NO PARTIES Although we all love a good party, we share this historic building with many of our neighbors who are our friends and we take their living environment seriously. Please be aware that large gatherings, heavy drinking, excessive noise and loud music will not be tolerated and reservations will be canceled without refund. //QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We want you to have fun but please be considerate of our neighbors during these quiet hours. //NOISE Although this fully-renovated building is in fantastic shape it was constructed without the benefits of modern soundproofing so you will, on occasion, hear neighbors now and then. This rarely is a problem but if there is any concern please let us know and we will resolve on short order. //SAFETY & SECURITY There are no cameras located inside of the unit and currently none on the exterior. Cars that are parked on the street are done so at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen items from your vehicle. //NO SMOKING Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside of the apartment. You are welcome to smoke outside on the stairwell area as long as you clean up after yourself. Should this be violated there will be an additional $500 cleaning fee. Please note that we use a third-party cleaning service for our accommodations. As a result, we do not provide mid-stay cleanings. Thank you for your understanding!
