The kitchen, with small cooktop, microwave, benchtop oven and fridge, is equipped for simple cooking. This area is furnished with antiques, a comfy couch, arm chair, dining table and TV. The separate bedroom, with queen size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and suitcase racks, opens to a bathroom with shower, loo and heated towel rails. Shampoos, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer are supplied. An iron and ironing board are provided and guests can access laundry facilities in the host's nearby home if needed. Other things to note Guests will be welcomed by Jo and Stuart, and co-hosted by their four-legged Westie helpers, Griffin and Alfie. The Ginkgo biloba is one of the oldest living tree species in the world. It is the sole survivor of the ancient group of trees that date back to before dinosaurs roamed the earth! It's so ancient, the species is known as a living fossil. We have a Ginkgo near our front gate! Registration details Exempt: This listing falls under the 'home sharing' exemption
