We reside above with a toddler, so there may be some everyday household noises. Additionally, while the basement suite is private and designed for comfort, you may occasionally hear sounds typical of basement living. Please note that on August 5th, 2024 Calgary suffered from a major hailstorm damaging many homes. We have some neighbors waiting for their houses to be fixed.
