Description

Welcome to our Smugglers Notch getaway! Family owned (my husband Matt and me)! This private cozy loft is immersed in 20 acres of beautiful nature tucked away in the mountains and aside the Brewster River. Enjoy the river's soothing sounds as you cook, sleep, and unwind from a day of outdoor activities. Only a 3 min. drive to all of the activities at Smuggler's Notch Resort, restaurants, bars, and hiking, as well as the magical Golden Dog Farm "Golden Retriever Experience". The space This space is fully private as it is exclusively yours with no shared areas. It contains a fully-equipped kitchen with lots of cookware, cast iron fireplace, high ceilings and tons of sunlight. 2 private decks and only steps from your own private river you can hike, fish, and enjoy. Super fast and reliable Fiber WIFI, smart TV loaded with Netflix & Hulu, supplies room w/ dryer, Outdoor firepit on the river, Check in at your leisure w/ keypad code. This cabin is very clean and has all the amenities you may need. Private entrance, super clean and comfy bed, and on big land with lots of trails, the river, and waterfall on property. We provide clean sheets, towels and all the supplies you'll need for a super comfortable stay. It's located at the beautiful Brewster River Campground (Find it online if you'd like to see our website) which we own and operate in the Summer. In the late fall/winter, we close the campground and the first floor of this building but keep open up this cabin to Airbnb for a secluded experience that's so close to Smuggs. Stretched along the scenic Brewster River, this property offers a delightful place to relax and reconnect with nature. NOTE FOR SUMMER/EARLY FALL GUESTS (May-Nov): This Airbnb is located on the 2nd floor of our campground's bathroom building. You have two private decks, your own private space upstairs, and your own outdoor firepit and picnic table along the river, however the other spaces outside may be shared with campground guests. Guest access You'll access the home from the stairs directly into your private space using your personal door code (given on day of check in). The first floor of the building is closed and unoccupied. I will message you the code the day before your arrival. My husband and I live nearby and can be reached should you need anything at all. Other things to note 4WD or AWD is a necessity in the Winter and during early Spring (aka mud season) here, as such it's required at our Airbnb during winter and early spring. If you have extra people or children staying, we can provide linens and blankets for extra people. We will see this when 3+ people are booked for the space. Note that the second bed is the couch that is a pullout.
