The space At the Foot of Hochgern – Chalet with Mountain View & Basement Apartment Our chalet in Unterwössen accommodates 6–8 guests and offers a stunning view of the valley and the Alps. Romantic and inviting, it’s perfect for relaxing moments – whether in the cozy fireplace room, in front of the open fireplace in the living room, or at the outdoor fire pit on the terrace. The property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest WC, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, dryer, high chair, and baby crib (on request) complete the comfort. Hiking and biking trails start right at the doorstep, and the town center with restaurants, supermarket, and bakery is within walking distance. The Chiemsee, Reit im Winkl, and ski resorts are easily accessible. Pets are welcome; smoking, parties, and events are not allowed. Parking is available. When available, the separate basement apartment can also be rented, ideal for families, friends, or as a private retreat – accommodating up to 10 guests in total. Guest access Before your arrival, we’ll send you a personal access code for the Nuki smart lock directly to your smartphone. The code allows you to enter the property flexibly and contact-free at any time – 24/7. The chalet and the separate garden-level apartment share a common main entrance. Additionally, the chalet has its own private entrance that can be locked separately if desired – ideal for added privacy. Other things to note 🏡 House & Amenities Shoes: Please remove outdoor shoes indoors – for a clean and cozy atmosphere. Fire pit: The outdoor fire pit may be used responsibly and weather permitting. Baby cot: Available on request. 🔑 Access & Lower Apartment Access: The path to the house has a slight slope – we recommend sturdy footwear, especially in winter. Garden-level apartment: Can be rented together or separately. Shared entrance if booked individually. 🐾 Pets & Families Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Please let us know in advance. A small extra cleaning fee applies. Children: Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not fully fenced. 📍 Location & Surroundings Location: The house is located close to the village center – a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and several restaurants are within easy walking distance. Surroundings: A nature reserve begins just outside the front door. The neighborhood features beautiful, traditional Bavarian homes. 💡 Extras Smoking: No smoking indoors.
