Best Spacious Room with Terrace in Gurgaon

A decent clean spacious king sized room with attached bathroom, dressing room and patio on first floor. The room is furnished with a king size bed, mattress, bed linen, a study table, chair, wall size wardrobe. It has ample space to perform yoga or exercise in the patio/terrace. The guest will enjoy easy access to everything from our place. It best suited for people who are visiting Gurgaon for some work or looking for a stopover. However, I welcome all to be our guest. :) The space Our bungalow is located centrally and situated in the heart of Gurgaon (Gurugram) . It connects very well with - Markets (Vyapar Kendra, Galleria), - Malls (MGF Metropolitan, MGF Metropolis, Ambience Mall, Centro by Reliance), - Metro station (MG Road, IFFCO), - Bus Stand (IFFCO Chowk) and - Amusement Facilities (Appu Ghar, Cyber City, 32nd Milestone) facilities in the city. Our place is maintained as a comfortable minimalistic organic setup in addition to the homely feeling. The property is full of plants and greenery and is kept in raw condition, giving the feel of the forest with dim lights and natural habitat. Best suited for those who: - Love nature - Like organic setup - Love plants and trees - Prefer pesticide-free life Not suited for those who: - expect luxury setup - expect hotel like environment Guest access Guests shall access their room and bathroom (attached) privately that are reserved for themselves however the stairs and other areas will be shared with family or other guests. We are quite flexible with check-in time, however, check-in later that 12 midnight during the stay is not appreciated. During your stay I love to meet my guests if time allows, else, I keep it to myself. Other: 1. We love art and culture, hence, we won't mind you playing songs, just that, it's appreciated if the volume is not very very high as it may disturb other people in the premises. 2. The room is on first floor and we don't have lift, guests have to climb and get down using stairs only every time they come and go. 3. We believe in sustainable living hence appreciate if our guests also align with our way of living by using resources mindfully such as - switching off appliances when not in use - switching off lights and fans when not in use - avoiding throwing food in dustbin 4. Parking is available outside the premises if you are travelling by your own vehicles. 5. Check-in later than 11pm of the guest arrival date is not appreciated. 6. Any damages caused in the guest's area may have to be borne by the guest. 7. The following items are available on demand: - Towel and toiletteries - Iron for clothes - Heater 8. Commercial photography/ videography is not allowed. However, we can discuss on that.
