The space The house, recently renovated with quality materials, combines the charm of Tuscan style with modern comfort. A large living room with dining area, kitchenette and two comfortable sofa beds welcomes you at the entrance. The double suite with private bathroom offers an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. From the living room you can access the panoramic patio, a short walk from the beautiful infinity pool, open from May to October. There is heating to enjoy the stay even in winter and air conditioning to cool off in summer, even if the evenings are always pleasantly cool. The residence is perfect for a couple or a small family, up to four guests. An ideal place to relax, read, swim or simply feel at home, immersed in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside. The house can accommodate up to 4 people, and is particularly suitable for a family with 2 adults and 2 children or teenagers. The double bedroom is a beautiful suite with a private bathroom, which is accessed directly from the room itself. The two armchairs are located in the living room, which does not have direct access to the bathroom. For this reason, we do not recommend accommodation for 4 adults, to avoid any privacy issues during the stay. Guest access You can park comfortably on the property and reach your accommodation in a few steps. The garden in front of the house is reserved for you, but you will have free access to all the outdoor spaces: the swimming pool, the relaxation areas, the slide and the swings for the little ones. Everything is designed to make you feel at home, in complete freedom and tranquility. Other things to note Inside the property, on the other hand, our olive trees grow, framing the house with simplicity and authentic beauty. A short walk from the house, you will find yourself already immersed in the vineyards: just a few meters on foot to walk among rows and open views, ideal for a sunset walk or a bike ride. In the nearby village of Camucia, just a 10-minute drive away, you will find all the useful services: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, self-service laundries and the train station. You can rent cars and bicycles to explore the area freely. Upon request, we can help you organize guided tours, including by bike, among hills, villages, and local wineries. A few minutes away, Cortona will enchant you with its stone alleys, its churches, the MAEC (Museum of the Etruscan Academy), the Franciscan hermitage of Celle and unforgettable views of the Valdichiana. There is no shortage of typical restaurants and excellent wineries, where you can enjoy local wines, extra virgin olive oil and traditional dishes. About 30 minutes away is Montepulciano, a pearl of the Tuscan Renaissance: historic buildings, artisan shops and the famous Vino Nobile await you for a special day.
