Welcome to our home. The room is beautiful with natural light, hardwood floors, a sizeable closet, and a desk. There is off street parking. The kitchen, living room and main bathroom are shared spaces. Downtown Brunswick is 1.8 miles away. there are Walking/bike trails are in the neighborhood and close by. Beaches, state parks, ocean access is abundant and varies from 10-30 minutes. I practice social distancing. I have a 1 year old mini-golden dog. This is a small residential neighborhood of about 12 houses that dead-ends, but also horse-shoes to another small neighborhood road. There are no sidewalks on our street. This is what is called a "bedroom community"; meaning there are no fastfood restaurants or nightlife in this area of the town. We are 1.8 miles from downtown Brunswick (6 min drive, 38 minutes walking). From the center of Brunswick, we are 1.8 miles away from town (6 minute drive, 38 minutes walking). You should have a car or motorized vehicle to get around mid-coast Maine. Taxi service is limited to Brunswick Taxi. Reasonably priced. No UBER or LYFT - if anyone is doing it, they are usually Lobstermen who do it in their spare time or offseason. Don't count on it. You will be able to park in my driveway or on the side of the road of this small neighborhood. Downtown Brunswick has quite a bit of no-fee parking. In the summer or during holidays, this is packed. Plan your trip accordingly and expect to walk to your destination from any parking you find. Maine's moniker is "vacationland" for a reason.
