Welcome to our beautiful *Home-Share* Suite in S. Philly —This is a home for Non-Smokers only. 🙏 Enjoy your own private living, bath, & bedroom at the Lower Level of the house. We share the dining rm & kitchen on the 1st fl. w/separate kitchenware. Accommodate up to 3 guests, but there’s a $20 charge/night for the 3rd guest. Free Street parking, & ~18 min rides to PHL Airport, Pennsylvania Hospital, Jefferson Hospital, U of Penn Hospital, & most entertainments, arts, & cultural sights. The space •Entire lower level of our home. This is a *House-Share* with 532 Sq. ft. private guest space. * There is a doorbell camera and one security camera at the exterior of the front door. • A/C. • Private Living Room. • 55” Hisense Smart TV. • Amazon Prime Videos. • Small Work Station in the guest living room. • Fast WiFi. • Private Bathroom. • Queen Bed and a Twin-> Full Sofa Bed. • *Please kindly remove and leave your outdoor 👠👞👟 at the entryway and wear socks or the disinfected house slippers that I’ll provide for you. • We share the kitchen and dining area on the first floor with *separate high-quality cookware and dining ware designated for guest use. • Backyard Garden sitting area for coffee or tea. • Washer /Dryer for guests staying 3 nights or longer. •76-key Yamaha Digital keyboard available upon request. • Free Street Parking. However, read the parking signs. Please note: Like All cities, later in the day, the free parking spaces dwindle. If you can’t find a spot on our street when you arrive, please park on neighboring streets but avoid streets that have “2-hour parking” signs. Move your car back when there are openings on our street the following morning. A common and highly recommended South Philly practice when parking on our narrow streets is to rest the wheels one side on the sidewalk. We recommend parking/ leaving your car in our neighborhood, and take public transportation, Uber, or Lyft. Walking to places within the Center City is very easy, and can be a fun way to get to know the city better. Guest access We share the 1st fl. dining area and the kitchen — Please only use items in cabinets designated for [Guests.]. No access to the 2nd floor- it’s the host’s private space. Enjoy the backyard by passing through my piano studio. However, my piano studio is not a part of the Airbnb Guest space. During your stay It is very important that you have the upmost privacy. However, please don’t hesitate to ask questions, and message me if I am not home. Other things to note I am a piano player, and I often practice outside of the home. However, on most Saturdays from 10:25 am to 11:20 am I teach one 45-min piano lesson on a hybrid piano (which I can control the volume) in my piano studio above the guest quarters. 🎹 My Piano Studio on the first floor- is *only for passing through to go to the backyard.
