Peace and quiet after 7 pm as the building situated amongst premium office buildings. 6 apartments on each level serviced by full security & 3 lifts. The space Equipped for everyday necessity. The only common wall with the next apartment is the kitchens. This apartment is best suited for families. Only best buddies for 4-5 adults given the confined footprint of 45 sq. m. 1 locked up bedroom with a full double bed, wardrobe & drawers. 1 lockable bedroom with a convertible sofa into a king single bed and wardrobes. A double converted sofa bed in the living area. Both sofa beds are easy to convert. Mattress protectors and bed linens are provided for you to set up, or we are happy to set up for you. Well equipped kitchen for families who might fancy some home cooked meals and are stocked with essential cooking basics. I'm happy to pre- stock the pantry and fridge at your request. The dining table can be fully or partially retracted into the island bench or fully pulled and moved out for 6 seated guests comfortably. A washing machine out in the covered balcony with a clothes rack for drying. 2 full services laundries within 2 minutes walk; one across the road next to Coco Cafe. Another one up the stones steps. Self-service 5 minutes away. Your location APP would ID them easily. The apartment is on the 25th floor, which has skyscrapers and a distance mountain view. Guest access A few of my personal belongings are stored underneath the heavy Simmons mattress in the master bedroom, which will not be in your way. Access to everything in the apartment for your homely comfort the best possible we are able to provide. Your suggestions are most welcome for any improvement in perfecting our future guests' experience. Other things to note 24/7 security manned building. The security code for the front entrance will be given upon arrival The apartment is 45 square.ft with a micro bathroom to scale. The shower cubicle might be a bit small but fairly standard for small local units. Kitchen / living is open planned, and light cooking is recommended but by no means restrictive with any home cooking. Close all bedrooms if you think the exhaust fan and the kitchen window are not sufficient for cooking ventilation. Windows would be set for a 4 inches wide opening for child safety if you have kids under the age of 8. Otherwise, all windows can be fully opened. We recommend using all the aircond with all windows closed in the locking position if you have young children. Please don't remove the block that restricts the wider opening if you have kids who might not understand the danger of opening windows in a high-rise building. Please take care when converting furniture, eg, full dining table and sofa beds, etc. There's a shoes cabinet at the front door. "Shoes off" is much appreciated. We reserve the rights for compensation if damages occurred with mindless or wilful misuse. Please supply the names and email addresses of all registered guests before check-in. Families members are perfectly fine without individual registration.
