The house is located in an ancient and quiet village within the Municipality of Florence. It is about 6 km from the center as the crow flies and a 5-minute drive from Peretola Airport and the highway entrance. It is a single house of the terraced house type on two floors obtained from one of the oldest buildings in the village, originally a convent. The recent restoration was carried out in a conservative manner, trying to recover, preserve and enhance all the old and characteristic features that emerged during the work, such as the wooden beams, the stone walls, the terracotta floor, the stone staircase and more. Bio-architecture materials were also used. Adjacent to the house there is a large outdoor space for exclusive use with the possibility of shading a large part of its surface thanks to a motorized extendable tent. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and an outdoor courtyard. The kitchen, as you can see from the photos, has wooden furnishings. It is well equipped with a large solid wood worktop, a cabinet, various drawers under the counter and in the oven column. It is complete with all large and small appliances: a large fridge/freezer, an electric oven and a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, and a blender. There is no shortage of dishes and cooking utensils. There is also an extendable table with two chairs. In the living room you will find a sofa bed that is also very comfortable as a bed, a 55-inch television, and a large table with 6 chairs. In the large courtyard, you will find a table and chairs and the washing machine. The characteristic bathroom is complete with a shower. On the first floor, we find the bedroom with a large closet and chest of drawers. Also, on the landing at the top of the staircase, there is a small bathroom with a toilet and a sink. Other things to note The price indicated for two people assumes the use of the double bed only. In the event that the two guests want to use two separate beds, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, we inform you that a one-time supplement of €10 will be required.
