Our unit is nestled in a back street parallel to the beautiful Currumbin Creek only a 3 minute walk away. It is perfectly situated close to pristine beaches, cafes and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to be kept peaceful. We are a young couple who would like to share our space to give people the opportunity to see what the lovely Currumbin suburb has to offer. The space The main bedroom is a spacious room with a Queen-size bed. There is a freestanding clothes rack for hanging space, as well as a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a comfortable double-size sofa bed. When the second bedroom is not being used as an Airbnb it is used as an office for Telehealth, so the space is set up perfectly for online meetings. If you require to do work on your stay, the room is well-equipped to be a bedroom or an office to accommodate for you. The space has a 2 meter long double desk, office chairs, power-board, whiteboard, great lighting and and fast-speed wifi connection. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and a nice ocean breeze. There is air conditioning in the common area which filters well into the bedrooms if the doors are left open. The unit also gets beautiful light all day long. Our favourite space is having a coffee in the sunlight with the ocean breeze on the balcony. The home is fully equipped with essential items including full kitchen (no microwave), washing machine, beach towels, bedding and bathroom necessities. You are also welcome to our kitchen pantry staples such as oil, salt, pepper, herbs, tea and coffee. Other additions include access to Nespresso coffee machine, BBQ, wifi, Smart TV with Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime, board games, card games, puzzles and our big library of books to borrow on your stay. We also have beach towels and bodyboards (2 large and 2 children size). We pride our home on being as much low-tox as possible. You will have access to our completely natural household cleaning products, balcony herb garden and drinking water filter. You may also access our air purifier and dehumidifier upon request before your arrival. The unit is conveniently located only... - 2 min walk to Currumbin Creek (park, swimming & BBQ areas) - 10 min walk or 2 min drive to Currumbin Alley signature surfing spot & Currumbin Beach - 15 min walk or 4 min drive to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary - Walking distance from local cafe’s, restaurants and the RSL club where they often host sunset acoustics, live bands and DJ’s on the weekends. - 15-20 min drive to Currumbin Valley hiking trails and rockpools. The unit is situated in a quiet residential area. Please, strictly no gatherings or parties as this will disturb our neighbours. There is one undercover car space under the unit (this is not a lockup garage). There is also street parking available. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire two-bedroom unit. There is a bathroom (with connected laundry), toilet, kitchen, loungeroom, dining area and patio space. Other things to note Please note that there is a flight of stairs to access the unit as it is situated on the second floor. There is a handrail to access these stairs if you experience any challenges with mobility.
