Beautiful, spacious owner built home with wonderful views and a peaceful serenity that is an inviting get away. A haven for hummingbirds throughout the summer and a snow globe experience in the ultra cozy comfort of this home. The hot tub is a relaxing place to enjoy the view. We have three cameras at the house. Two are located in the front of the house for arrivals and departures. The third is in a closed off area in the mechanical room to monitor the lift station in the basement. The space This house is heated with in floor heat with a wood burning stove. Radiant floor heating should only be adjusted in very small increments as it takes a while to respond. The house has two bedrooms and an entertainment room downstairs with a pool table. There is a loft above the master bedroom with a double bed mattress We have two security cameras outside in the front of the house that tells us when guest are coming in and leaving at the end of there stay and what kind of weather is going on telling me if I need to plow the driveway etc. There is one in our mechanical room which is locked off from the rest of the house that allows us to monitor the boiler and the lift station. There is no sound. Guest access This house is located about 8 miles north on Fall River Rd. just off I-70. You must have four wheel or all wheel drive in the winter time because of the snow. Other things to note There are trails for hiking and the St. Mary's Glacier hike is just up the road. A good place to get away from it all. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee for each stay as well as a $50.00 per pet fee when bringing a pet.
