Quaint cottage built by the Pease Family in 1925. Just three minutes from Sandsprit Park on the St.Lucie Inlet. Sailfish Sands Golf Course 5 minutes away. Port Salerno nightlife is three minutes by car. You get a room with an Electric King Bed and Bamboo Sheets. This is a 100 year old original Golden Gate house. Keeping as much original as possible. If you are two persons staying together, then you must sleep in the same King Size bed. It’s a small 100 year old cottage, not a lot of room. No kids, No pets, No guests. I only accept bookings from people with several Excellent Reviews. I have had a ‘bad experience’ with first timers and it costs Airbnb $25K. I can’t be bothered to change my policy for anyone now. I can pick you up at West Palm Beach Airport, or the Tri-Rail Station at Mangonia Park. The last stop for Tri-Rail going North from Miami. Fly Casting lessons. No Gear Required. I have it all! You get all this for the same price as a Standard Hotel room at Pirates Cove, next door. Guest access Guests may use the entire house provided they clean up behind themselves. I try to keep a pristine environment. I prefer female guests as they are more in tune with that philosophy. I have hosted slobs, and they were all male. After the many years of hosting I will cancel anyone’s stay who is disrespectful. I you smoke cigarettes or vape nicotine, please don’t bother to book as I cant stand the smell. I can offer rehabilitative services at extra charge. I drive Uber every early morning, and often late at night. Mainly private requests. I have often cooked with guests in the Gourmet kitchen we have and shared dinner and clean up. I also fish quite often to catch my dinner. I can teach you how to fly fish, take you on scenic bike rides, or kayaking up old Florida river. Also I can Uber you anywhere you would like to go. If you want to watch TV when I am around I ask you use headphones, the same for music. I am 420 friendly outside only. There is a kayak and bicycle here for your use.
