The apartment comes with cozy living room, your private bedroom and bathroom. Easy commute to neighborhood favs like Brooklyn Children’s Museum, the Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Museum, local cafes and shops. If you like to prepare your own meals, you’ll have a high-end kitchen available with all your cooking utensils and spices. The space Cozy and contemporary designed apartment in a landmarked historic brownstone. The space is on the garden level with access to a shared outdoor area. Please note the outdoor area is used for storage and work space BUT there is space to sit and relax! Coffee, creamer, tea, sugar and spices are available for your use. The kitchen is equipped with a Miele range, Bosch oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Brita pitcher for filtered water. The bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized mattress, mirror, large closet, armoire, and exposed brick -- the perfect space to relax from the busy city day. Additional linens and towels are in the armoire and closet. When you're ready to chill out, the living room is both comfortable and inviting to either hangout or relax. Includes: TV with Roku (apps like Netflix and Hulu), record player with oldies (ie Jackson 5, Gladys Knight and The Pips) dining table and a elevated twin sized air mattress can also be made available. When it's time to wash the day away, enjoy a steamy rainfall shower with 4 additional shower heads to provide a spa like experience in a luxurious bathroom. Towels, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner are provided. If you need to do a load of laundry, in unit laundry is also available for your use. Think of your stay as a home away from home at the Brooklyn Cove. Guest access Lockbox located on the ground floor, front gate. Once you enter the brownstone, walk straight back and enter the apartment through the brown door ( its slides right to open). You have access to the apartment and backyard. You have access to a living room, kitchen, laundry room, and a private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils from pots and pans, appliances, silverware, dinnerware, coffee, creamer and tea and spices. Bathroom is private and stocked with towels, wash cloths, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Please note, early check-in is not allowed to ensure adequate preparation for your stay. Other things to note The area is accessible to the 3 train and the C train. There is Citi Bike and multiple bodegas. Centrally located, so you can travel easily throughout the city. Bakery, Walgreens, supermarket, restaurants and coffee are all close by. Brita water pitcher, bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish-washing detergent, and cleaning products are provided. Sorry, no blow dryer provided.
