Caye Caulker Luxury/Ocean Front

Our 1st floor condo has unobstructed views of the ocean and the reef off of the north side of Caye Caulker. A two bedroom, two bathroom condo directly on the Caribbean Sea.. We have Wi-Fi throughout the condo. Our fully stocked kitchen has stainless appliances, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered drinkable water. The outside deck has four comfy chairs to enjoy the sunrise or just chill with the beautiful day. This is a truly luxury experience that is unparalleled on Caye Caulker. The space Primary Bedroom has a king size bed, 65 inch smart tv, full bath(amazing shower). Second bedroom has two twin beds, 50 inch smart tv, closet. The living area has a large sectional couch, 65 inch smart tv. The kitchen has a large island that can seat 6 and all the kitchen items you would expect with luxury. There is a full second bath in hallway between the two bedrooms and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Air conditioning throughout. Guest access The whole unit is accessible Other things to note Frankly our unit has the best location in all of Blu Zen. It is quiet and private. There is some minor construction going on 2 lots over from us. The working hours are 8am to 5pm. We are next to the pool in Phase 1. We are close to the bar and restaurant, but not close enough to be bothered by the noise. Please note that the cleaning fee is for an exit clean. If more cleanings are needed during your stay it is a $30 charge.a one day notice will be needed for cleaning.
