Welcome to “The Burnt House" as it was nick named after a fire in the top floor 5 years ago. We spent 2 years restoring this multi level home. You will find this house a real treetop treat - no other houses in sight, but still within 5 minutes drive of the CBD. The house is nestled in a Significant Natural Area - meaning its natural bush (and bird) views all round. Settle in the hot tub and enjoy the bird life. We love sharing this space with you as we believe it's something special. The space You will find master bedroom/ensuite on the top level and another bedroom with walk-in robe. On the 2nd level is the entranceway, main bath and 2 bedrooms. The ground floor has the living area, the large deck and spa pool. Travel down the stairs off the deck into the protected bush and explore. Guest access You will have access to the whole home. There is a lockable shed if you are bringing sports equipment with you to store. Please notify me if you have an Electric car you wish to charge so I can leave a cord out for you.
