We hope you feel at home and enjoy all that our home and its surroundings have to offer. Welcome to your perfect getaway! The space The property is a colonial-style house that was recently remodeled. The house has three floors and a swimming pool on the top floor. The pool has solar heating for hot days, making it environmentally friendly, and also has a modern electric heat pump for colder days during the rainy season (which in this region is during the end of summer). IMPORTANT: The electric heat pump has temperature limits if there are several constant days of rain as in the hurricane season. Also, because it is located in a high apartment, even though it has spectacular views, the thermal sensation will be colder than the regular temperature due to the air currents Guest access Upon arrival we recommend: First: Locate the property if you come by vehicle, leave the occupants in the property along with their luggage and collect the parking tickets, then go to the parking lot to leave the car (it is your obligation to notify us in advance of how many vehicles arrive to leave you that amount of tickets per day (we give you up to 2 tickets per day) Second: access to the property is independent by electronic key. We will provide you with instructions for entry so we recommend that you pay attention to the messages we send you Third: We will be available for any assistance you may need
