Two Kings, Pool, Playroom- Garden House

Enjoy watching butterflies flutter in the garden, sunbathe on the newly painted pool deck, or take a nap during sunset on the large hammock. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to make your favorite family dinners and a large Robb and Stucky sectional will elevate your movie nights. There are toys and games for everyone inside & out. Sink into bed with hotel sheets and blackout curtains in every room. This home was curated to help you create those loving memories with family and friends. The space When you arrive at the Garden House you'll be welcomed with a bright bougainvillea and the smell of rosemary. Upon entering you'll find yourself in a cozy playroom/sitting room with board games, books, toys, and a TV. Moving on, there's a dining room that can easily sit 8 with additional sitting for 3 more at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen will have everything from a rice cooker to an electric griddle & spices! The family room features a luxury sectional that you'll melt into and an electric fireplace for those chilly mornings and evenings. Off the front sitting room there's a hallway that separates the two king bedrooms. The front king bedroom has a perfect workspace, that could also be used as a vanity. There's a dresser in every bedroom making those long term stays easier! In between both king bedrooms there’s one bedroom with a queen and the bunk room. The bunk room offers one full bed and two twin beds. One twin on the top and a twin trundle that slides out from underneath. The trundle is perfect for the little kiddos you worry will fall out of bed! Plus there’s a wall ledge perfect for your monitor and/or sound machine. There is a sliding glass door in the family room that leads you into the expansive backyard. Our large covered patio has a propane grill, lounging area, and table for dining al fresco. We have cornhole and a disc golf basket. Just a heads up, the pool is NOT HEATED, but is generally warm enough to use from March through September. A lighted path takes you through the garden and down into a fire pit area with plenty of sitting. Be sure to bring your own wood. We hope you'll enjoy gathering around a fire surrounded by our beautiful garden. Guest access The garage is not accessible, however the driveway provides two parking spots and another one in front of the house. Other things to note There are NO cameras inside or in the backyard. There is a ring doorbell-security camera at the front door and another on the side front yard for the garage door solely for security purposes. The Garden House is not a new build. Although there’s a lot of upgrades, there’s still some quirks. For instance, the kitchen is adorned with a beautiful Kingston brass faucet and brand new quartz countertop on original beadboard cabinets. They aren’t perfect but they exude the charm that can’t be replicated. Another quirk is the bedroom light switches power outlets, so please don’t unplug any light fixtures because then the wall light switch won’t work. Our ice maker does not work, however we do our best to provide ice and ice trays. Landscapers do come every other Thursday/Friday and our pool cleaner comes regularly, more often during the summer.
