Cozy 3BD 2BA home with great backyard in NW Reno.

Settle in and enjoy this cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Our home is prepped with all the basics including a full kitchen & a very peaceful backyard to boot. Close and convenient to UNR, downtown, skiing, biking, hiking, restaurants, nightlife and more! Our home is designed to welcome up to 8 guests. We believe you will find everything you need during your stay; a comfortable clean space, inviting living room, dog friendly, fast wifi & even a washer & dryer if you so desire. The space Upon entry the living room has a spacious sectional sleeper sofa with storage under the chaise, lift up coffee table for dining or working, smart TV, sound system, closet for coats & shoe rack. Up next is a good sized desk with comfy office chair & desk lamp. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, coffee both espresso & instant, tea, powdered creamer, sugar, filtered water, electric kettle & more. Our cozy dining room is nestled in a room filled with windows, which overlooks our large private, fully fenced, grass backyard, that includes views of Downtown Reno, especially at night. There is also space to park an RV or camper down the side of the house, if you so desire. The washer & dryer are tucked around by the door to the backyard. The backyard is complete with lounge chairs (in summer), fire pit, string lights, a currently vacant chicken coop & back gate to our local ball field/walking trails. Note we do store our outdoor lounge sets during the winter months. Thus making them unavailable to use. The fire pit will remain out through the winter for your enjoyment. Next up, the master bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed, duvet comforter, small 3 piece ensuite bathroom, touch sensitive reading lights with USB charging ports to make your charging needs easy, a closet with hangers, extra blankets & bedding. Across the hall is our second queen bed room with duvet comforter, storage bench, luggage rack, closet with hangers, extra blankets & again touch sensitive reading lights with USB charging ports on the nightstands for all your charging needs. Last but certainly not least is our twinning, twin room. Complete with one night stand, duvet comforters, extra blankets, a small closet with hangers, extra linens & towels. Our main bathroom is the hall bath complete with bathtub/shower combo, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips & cotton pads & more. ***We are a pet friendly home*** As such we conduct vigorous cleaning between every guests visit, but there is still potential for pet dander and thus may not be the best suited for individuals with severe pet allergies. We would also like to note that we love animals and do not require a pet deposit. We ask that any guest with pets pets please pick up after them. So that we can continue doing so. There are doggy bags provided in a dispenser next to the back door. Please take only the bags you need. So we can continue to provide this service. We also ask that you please reach out before booking if you have animals other than dogs or more than 2 dogs in your party, so we can be better prepared for cleanings. Guest access There is access to the whole house minus one small closet in the hallway & a small shed in the backyard. Both of which are simply used to store more items for the airbnb. Check in is contactless, instructions will be sent 1 day prior to booking date. The driveway has room for two small to medium cars. There is also plenty of street parking available. We are about 7mins off hwy 80 with multiple shopping centers near by including but not limited to Savemart, Safeway & Walmart. Other things to note We love our neighbors and strongly request that noise be kept to a reasonable level, especially at night. In winter months, we will do our best to keep the driveway clear but there is a possibility for there to be snow during your stay. Please be prepared and use caution in these winter elements. Thankfully this driveway is south facing & does tend to melt out naturally.
