Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space near Salzburg. Furnished with a lot of love and a mix of design and vintage, our sunny apartment is looking forward to welcoming guests. Forests and lakes as well as culinary delights are minutes away (some on foot), and those who want to experience the city and culture will find a rich offer in Salzburg and Burghausen. Ideal for couples, friends and families - or even for working! The space The apartment (approx. 60 m²) is located on the 2nd floor. An elevator to the garage is available. All rooms are equipped with electric external Venetian blinds for shading, underfloor heating and insect screens. A fiber optic connection guarantees a good Internet connection. We have selected all furniture, lighting, appliances and accessories with a lot of love and always paid attention to high quality – we hope to the delight of our guests! Living room & kitchen A cozy couch, which can also be folded out, invites you to relax, read and watch TV. The 55-inch UHD TV (with satellite TV, Netflix and Microsoft X-Box) with Bose soundbar is used for entertainment in the home theater and can also be used as a screen (via HDMI, cable available) for the laptop. The books of our library (German and English) are of course also available to our guests. If you're in the mood for music, connect your mobile phone to the portable Bose Bluetooth speaker – and off you go! The kitchen part of the large living-kitchen-dining room offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stone plate and high-quality kitchen appliances. It was specially designed and custom-made and is absolutely unique. We hope our guests find it just as great as we do (since we like to cook and bake ourselves, we find a good kitchen just very important). A coffee maker, milk frother, kettle and toaster are of course available – and much more (spice and cooking basics in organic quality, coffee, tea, ...). The dishwasher will do the dishes for you. Eating, chatting, reading the newspaper, … on the vintage dining table or on the sunny terrace – the choice is yours! Bedrooms The large double bed (180 x 200) invites you to dream and a spacious box offers enough storage space for clothes and luggage. Blankets and upholstery are available with down or synthetic fiber filling (for allergy sufferers). Bathrooms In addition to a shower and toilet, the spacious bathroom also offers enough space for everything you need for your personal wellness. A new washer-dryer, a hair dryer and high-quality towels await our guests. A window also provides enough fresh air (however, the insect screen keeps the pests outside). If you forgot something at home, we have a few toilet basics prepared for emergencies. deck Whether at the bistro table (perhaps with a coffee) or on the lounge sofa (perhaps with a glass of wine or lemonade) – simply enjoy the tranquility, fresh air and views over meadows and forests. Garage & carport Our guests have the choice – carport or garage – both are available and are also connected by elevator to the 1st floor where the apartment is located. A locked bike storage room is also available in the house. Guest access Our guests have access to all rooms in the apartment, the terrace, the garage and also to the carport parking space. There is also a locked bike storage room in the house and a small playground in the residential complex. Other things to note Salzburg is close (about 35 minutes), and on weekdays (Monday - Friday) also accessible by public transport. In addition to the famous festival, Salzburg offers much more - Christmas markets, a charming old town, restaurants for every taste from street food to fine dining, ... Burghausen (about 25 minutes) with its beautiful castle and a charming old town is also always worth a trip - a variety of gastronomic offerings and beautiful shops. Eggelsberg itself is a market town on the B156 (north of Salzburg) with shops and gastronomy within walking distance of the property. Lake Ibmer is minutes by car.
