BEACHES AND BUS TO BARCELONA 10' WALKING. *POOL OPEN FROM JUNE FIRST TO END SEPTEMBER The space Beautiful house with garden and playground on the beach, just renovated, 20' from the center of Barcelona by train, bus, or car. The beaches are 10' walking from the house, very clouse the bus station. A very easy parking car in front of the house. The town market,shops,restaurants..,are 5' walking from the house. The house is very comfortable in summer and winter, in a quiet area. The roofs of the house are high, each room has its own bathroom, with wc and shower inside. There is a large living room with fireplace for the winter, with TV, library... The house is cool in summer, and has a central heating for winter. Guest access It has a large garden with trees, barbacue. Also a playground for the kids. Other things to note I live 5' from the house, and I can help when i need it.
