The space This modern studio apartment sits above a detached garage on our peaceful 14-acre farm and offers everything you need for a comfortable getaway or workation. Inside the Studio: Living Area: Fold-out sofa, smart TV for your streaming accounts, a spacious work desk, high-speed internet, plus toys and games for unplugged family fun. Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, toaster oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, cooking utensils, an spices, and plenty of coffee and tea. Dining Area: Seating for four. Bedroom Area: Dreamy queen canopy bed with a new memory-foam mattress, dresser, and hanging space. Bathroom: Behind a barn door, with a tub/shower combo. Laundry: Washer and dryer located downstairs. Arcade Fun: Pac-Man and Galaga machine for kids and kids-at-heart. Outside Amenities: Saltwater Pool: Open May–October; shared with us and one other small Airbnb. (No pets in pool area.) Half-Court Basketball: With comfortable seating nearby. Fire Pit: Perfect for unwinding at night. Seasonal Hydrangeas: A giant hedge blooms beautifully June–September. West-Facing Porch: Bistro table, chairs, and great sunset views. Flying Circus Charm: Enjoy the occasional bi-plane or skydiver overhead. We are pet-friendly - please add your pet to your reservation and pay the pet fee. (One pet maximum.) Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Guest access Guests are welcome to wander the farm. Other things to note We currently allow one pet for those that pay the pet fee. Please make sure your pet remains on leash and is well-supervised anytime they are outside. Also, the pool is shared with other Airbnb guests so please do not bring dogs into the fenced-in pool area.
