The new and very well-maintained 3-room apartment with its own entrance and private parking is located in a quiet location on the city border to the city of Lucerne. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a cozy, semi-covered patio with views of the countryside. It is perfect for couples, families and tourists to explore the city of Lucerne and its surroundings. For children we will gladly provide a child seat and travel cot on request. The space The separate granny apartment is located in our single-family home and has its own entrance. The open-plan kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The two spacious bedrooms with double beds offer plenty of space. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The apartment is equipped with towels, shower towels, shower mats and bed linen. We also provide you with toiletries such as soap and shower shampoo. The property is located in Ebikon, right on the border of the city of Lucerne. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Within 20 minutes, you can take the bus to Lucerne train station. From Lucerne train station, the scheduled boats operate on Lake Lucerne (Pilatus, Rigi, Bürgenstock). The Lion Monument, the Kapellbrücke, the Verkehrshaus Luzern and other sights are easily accessible by public transport. Our apartment is perfectly suited as a starting point for visits to the KKL (e.g. Lucerne Festival), the Lucerne fairs, sporting events (e.g. Rotsee Regatta, Swiss City Marathon), cultural events (e.g. Carnival, Blues Festival) or the Grand Casino Lucerne. The Rotsee recreational area with public bathing facility can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. If you don't want to cook, you will find good restaurants in Lucerne or in the surrounding area. Guest access The granny apartment has its own entrance, its own kitchen, its own shower with toilet and its own patio. The entire place is at your disposal.
