Welcome to the Union City Beach House located in the heart of Union at Hood Canal. Sitting right over water's edge the home is immaculately clean, comfortable and private and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Expect abundant wildlife sightings, phenomenal sunsets and WoW views of the Olympics and the famous "Great Bend". Get clams & oysters from the private beach, hike a nearby trail, dine nearby or chill by the fireplace. Welcome, be our guest, and experience the beauty and magic of Hood Canal. The space This clean and comfortable Hood Canal accommodation is 1100 sq. feet and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a 37 " HDTV and sensational views. The living room, dining area and kitchen also have 24/7 spectacular views. The amazingly private deck is large, (700 sq ft) and is perched right over the oyster beach and water. A Weber gas BBQ Grill is available (except November through March). The updated bathroom has quality finishes and heated floors. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and has granite counter tops, new stainless appliances and new cabinets and floors. The living area has a 51 " Smart HDTV so guests can stream content using a variety of platforms. The fireplace burns duraflame logs. There is plenty of very comfortable seating and skylights provide lots of natural light. The home has year round high speed internet & cable TV channels, air conditioning and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. The home is great for a couple to enjoy a romantic getaway or as a home base for a small family or small group seeking recreation and adventure. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the detached garage. The waterfront, private beach and tidelands may also be used and enjoyed by registered guests. Other things to note Low Season - 1-2 Night minimum stay. High Season (July, August) and Holidays- Minimum stay 2-3 nights. *Maximum 4 guests with prior owner approval ONLY Posted rates are for 2 guests. $15 per night fee for each guest in excess of 2. Additional day guests require prior owner authorization. Under no circumstances do I allow at any time, the total number of people at the property (including children) to exceed seven people. That would be a violation of my rental agreement. Weber Gas BBQ Grill available (except Nov - March) Pets allowed ONLY with prior authorization. Please only mature, well behaved dogs. Dogs that might relieve itself on my floors, be destructive towards property or furnishings or behave aggressively aren't welcome. Pet fee base rate is $90. Bring your doggy bed or crate/kennel. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
