Located in the city center, the house is close to restaurants, bars, banks, gas stations, supermarket, pharmacies and hospital. It is not necessary to use a car for transportation. Close to Rua da Praia, where the city's main events and festivities take place, it is a 10-minute walk to the Ilhabela Crossing/ferry. It has easy access between 7 and 45 minutes to the best beaches: Arrastão, Praia Grande, Barequeçaba, Guaecá, Toque Toque Grande, Santiago, Maresias and Boissucanga (by car).
