That Cat Flat - free parking, near center, cats!

Welcome to That Cat Flat - a quiet, spacious, charming apartment with private (free) parking. Situated within walking distance (15 minute walk to the city centre) of all local sights, with Ljubljanica river and its stone beaches at the very doorstep, it is the perfect starting point to explore this historic city. If you want to, you can come see our 6 cats! We live right next door. They'd love to play with you, get snacks, and be cuddled. They are NOT in That Cat Flat. The space That Cat Flat is a newly renovated 33 m2 apartment located on the first floor of an older multifamily residental. Features include: • A fully equipped kitchen and dinning area with bar table and bar chairs, • sitting area with two comfortable modern armchairs and 43" TV, • small working space, • cosy bedroom area with plenty of storage room, • elegant, minimalistic, full bathroom, • a large patio, • a free parking space and The apartment truly breathes - the doorless archway and semi-open-concept design, paired with 3.3m tall ceilings, promote a sense of spaciousness and freedom. Guest access All* spaces and amenities listed on this listing are solely for the use of the guests at their convenience, for the duration of the stay. *The exception: • hosts must occasionally cross the patio (which otherwise belongs entirely to the guests for the duration of their stay) to reach their own private entrance - hosts will conduct themselves at maximum discretion, to preserve guests privacy and comfort. Other things to note Read check-in instructions: On your Trips page, check "GETTING THERE" and familiarize yourself with the check-in process. 24 hours before check-in, a new section called "HOW TO GET INSIDE" unlocks, with detailed pictures on parking and apartment location. Parking is tight, and you are assigned a specific parking spot. An incorrectly parked car may block the neighbours. Similarly, trying to enter the wrong apartment is also problematic, so make sure you read these instructions carefully. Allergic reactions to pets disclaimer: We discourage visiting if you have any pet-related allergies or conditions. Despite meticulous cleaning procedures, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction. We live with 6 cats next door, and That Cat Flat may be visited by pet owner guests, so the risk may be high. Use your best judgement when booking a stay with us. Parking: The free parking space provided can accomodate most regular size personal vehicles, up to a maximum lenght of 4.8m. For larger vehicles, such as vans, you will have to find other parking, outside of the yard. It is expected that the guests follow the official Airbnb ground rules, as well as adhere to official Airbnb guest expectations. Please familiarize yourself with those rules to avoid potential misunderstandings regarding cleaning obligations and other factors. Shoe-free zone: Please take off your outdoor shoes in the small entry hallway, and use indoor-only footwear. Slippers are provided. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc inside the apartment (alarm on the ceiling)! No eating and drinking in bed. In the warmer months, ants become quite active. We cannot guarantee that there will not be any in the apartment. Less food on the floors and counters means less ants. Tourist and promotion tax: • 3.13€ per guest per night, directly to the host, in cash. Additionally, you are required to provide your ID or passport for registration purposes. • Upon arrival, as per Slovenian laws, you are obligated to pay a 3.13 euro per guest per night tourist and promotion tax to the hosts directly, in cash, who will then forward the sum to the municipality, as well as show your ID or passport, so that you may be registered with the appropriate local authorities.
