Elegant Pool Bungalow - Vienna City Limit

Welcome to my newly renovated house with garden and a heated pool on the southern outskirts of Vienna. You will be in the center of Vienna or on the airport in no time. The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna. The space The house was built in the 70s and with Syntax Architects completely renovated. The living space on the ground floor is 140m2 - with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 toilets, an entrance hall with office table and a library. The eat-in kitchen with dining area and a large living room with a sofa bed, piano, turn table and TV are bright and sunlit. From the kitchen you go through a sliding door to the large wooden terrace which extends to the living room on the south side of the house - the pool is directly in front of the dining area. The terrace is bordered on one side with batten panels and on the other side and towards the garden, white elegant curtains serveing as a view and sun protection. The property has a size of 600m2. The interior is elegant and cozy - the white oiled wooden floor, terrazzo tiles and ikats wallpaper underline the de luxe bohemian style of the furniture with a mix of mid-century, Biedermeier and modern. International contemporary art from my private collection is presented in each room. In the souterrain you find 2 more bedrooms. One Master bedroom with king size bed and one with a queensize bed, a shower, a toilet, a washing area. Guest access My guests have access to all areas. Other things to note I would like to point out that the pool has no safety rails for young children, neither do the steps to the garden have railings. We have excellent mountain spring water in Vienna. So you can drink the tab water and don't have to buy water bottles and thus help us to protect the environment.
