Please bring your own laundry detergent and supplies. 🌡️ Temperature & AC Settings The HVAC system is centrally managed and typically set at 71°F for optimal comfort. Want to adjust? Just let us know! Temperatures can be changed, but cannot go below 70°F to prevent system damage. 🛠️ Maintenance & Landscaping Our home and outdoor areas are professionally maintained. Landscapers, pool techs, or maintenance staff may be on-site during daytime hours.
