Right off the main road. 0.4 miles - Big Bear Mountain Brewery 0.6 miles - Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain 0.7 miles - Lake 1.1 miles - Bowling Barn 1.5 miles - Big Bear Village 3.2 miles - Snow Summit The space In **WINTER MONTHS** - We HIGHLY suggest chains on tires or 4wheel drive vehicles for safety reasons when coming up the mountain & driving in snowy/icey conditions - NO street parking during the winter months due to blockage of street plowing. Vehicles will be towed if in street. - Just a heads-up: our downstairs bathroom may leak when it rains. Please keep an eye out and let us know if you notice any water. PETS: We do allow pets - for a fee of $75. Subject to additional charges if deeper cleaning is required after stay. BEDROOMS: 1st Floor #1 - A spacious 1 bed (queen) with a TV & plenty of closet space. #2 - Bunk bed (twin + double + twin trundle) with a TV & closet space. 2nd Floor #3 - Game room loft with a futon that folds into a double + a connected half bath. KITCHEN: Full size kitchen for all of your cooking needs + entrance to washer & dryer. Includes basic cookings supplies & spices. Beautiful counter top with barstool seating (we ask you are very careful with spillage as counter top stains easily!) FRONT YARD: Huge spacious deck! Kick back and take in the beautiful view. BACKYARD: Small yard for playing & building snowmen! ☃️ Guest access You will have access to the full house! Other things to note OUTSIDE DETAILS: Clancys Cabin offers a large spacious front yard where you can sled, build snowmen & have snowball fights during the winter! Our deck is one the best parts of the cabin! The large deck offers beautiful views & the perfect outdoor hangout spot. There is a small tree swing we ask to be treated delicately - please no rough housing as the swing is attached to tree branches. It is the perfect spot for a photo op! DISHES: please put all dirty dishes into dishwasher before ending your stay. cleaning service will run the dishwasher. TRASH: All trash will need to be taken out & brought to the local dump. - there are several locations - closet one to the cabin is 39690 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. You will need to show your proof of stay when you get there - please have the Air Bnb app open to show your stay verification email. PARKING: Garage access for parking + in front of the garage. *WINTER MONTHS SPECIFICALLY* - Allowed parking at the bottom of the driveway & garage. - NO street parking due to snow plow path. - Please do not pile cars in driveway during the winter months, when there is snow or ice - there is the possibility of getting stuck. NOISE: We value & respect our longtime neighbors. Please be respectful of quiet hours - we do not condone partying of any kind. If a noise complaint is received - you could be asked to leave the property with no refund. MISC DETAILS: We have a security camera on the outside of the garage for security purposes.
