Located between the Gironde and the Dordogne, a host of activities await you, such as the live show that traces the 100-year war 6 km away and the unmissable visit to the cellars and tastings of our wines in Saint Emilion 14 minutes from our cottage… Patricia & Jean-Michel will welcome you in a 100 m2 house in a family and warm spirit in a space completely renovated and decorated by us. The space 3 bedrooms with 3 large beds (1 of 140 x 200 cm and 2 of 160 x 200 cm) and 1 space with a bed of 90 x 190 cm (on request with an extra charge of €35), 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, 2 living areas in the large veranda room with a mobile air conditioner, overlooking the private garden. Bed linens + towels will be provided. We carefully clean the accommodation between each rental. Guest access You will have access to an entire home, with 4 free parking spaces on our fenced property. Or street parking is also free. Other things to note Housing is non-smoking. No pets allowed and also no festive gatherings. A child kit is available free of charge: Baby cot on request (to be set up), changing table and bathtub, potty and adapter with foot step for toilet, Thumbelina, games for children, pétanque balls, board games, DVD player with 41 DVDs, adaptive socket for foreigners, 2 televisions. Only the 90 x 190 cm bed in a night area and on request with an extra €30.
