This apartment is in a prime downtown location within walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and shops. We've tried to think of everything you need while eliminating anything you don't-- from two parking spots reserved for you to two King sized beds, our hope is that this space is exactly what you need for your stay in Lynchburg. The space ENTRANCE: This is a main level apartment with one apartment above it. You'll enter the shared foyer with a customized code, then enter the code again to access your apartment. OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING: -The living room features a leather sectional, swing chair, and 50" smartTV with wifi. (Please note, the TV does not have cable). -The handcrafted dining table features seating for 6 -The quartz island has 4 barstools for additional seating -Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher -Pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided for you -Keurig coffee maker with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, and sugar provided for you BEDROOM 1 -A king sized bed with new memory foam mattress -Dresser and walk-in closet -Full length mirror -Twin rolling cot + sheets in closet for additional sleeping BEDROOM 2 -King sized bed with new memory foam mattress -Futon for additional sleeping -Dresser and walk-in closet -A porch with a cafe table with steps that lead to the patio -Newly remodeled bathroom with tub/shower combos HALLWAY: -Bathroom #2 with tub/shower combo -Washer and Dryer -Desk PATIO: -Gas grill -Gas fire pit -Porch swing Other things to note Please note: We do allow dogs for a $50 pet fee, but we ask that they stay off the furniture and are crated if left in the home alone. **We welcome all guests, including those with service animals, in full compliance with the ADA and Virginia Fair Housing Law. Service animals are always allowed and never charged a fee. We may ask only the two standard ADA questions: Is the animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Emotional support animals (ESAs) are welcome where permitted — please notify us before arrival. Guests are responsible for keeping animals housebroken, under control, and free of damage or excessive mess. Reservation extensions or decisions are based solely on availability and scheduling, never on a guest’s disability or animal. We’re happy to answer any accessibility questions before or during your stay! Also, there is an upstairs apartment in this unit that is also an Airbnb.
