Condo is located on a first floor of tree story townhouse. Townhouse has a two units in total and two separate entrances for every unit. The entrances to the condo is located on the backyard and has dedicated sidewalk that leads to the backyard gate. Parking: We offer 1 parking space in the community (you will have to place the parking permit that is provided in the studio, on a rear view mirror). In addition there is a street parking and a plaza parking in a close proximity from condo. Accessibility: Once you arrive to the condo location please follow the white sidewalk to the backyard gate. The entrance is completely private as well as the backyard. You can stop by the townhouse to unload at any time.
