House is less than 20 minutes to DFW airport, and about 25 minutes to Down Town Dallas, also is very close to 2 mayor freeway/hwy: -Less than 7 minutes to Interstate 35 Stemmons Fwy -About 10 minutes to Hwy 121 Sam Rayburn Tollway Also all in walking distance: Many Breakfast places and Fast Food restaurants like Dunkin's, McDonald's, Popeye's, Starbucks, Boston Market and more. You are welcome to use address to order food or groceries, just be present to receive delivery. And if you planning going shopping or to a nice dinner or movie theater: Vista Ridge Mall, Cinemark and Family Full service Restaurants are just about 10 minutes driving distance. Please do not leave trash outside your door. Please do not leave trash on the floor outside containers. COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM: Laundry room offers 2 large capacity Washer and 2 large capacity Dryers. Laundry room will be share with me/guest from other suite: Please use only 1 combo W/D at a time, allowing other combo available in case other guest needs it. Courtesy first load: 1 single load laundry detergent is provided Please keep laundry door always locked. Mini Split A/C Heather combo unit: Remote control is set at the wall next to entrance door. You are welcome to set mode and adjust temperature. If you planning a long stay (4-8 weeks), you will be responsible for keeping place clean and neat. Cleaning service will be after check-out. LONG STAYS (8+ weeks): additional monthly cleaning services will be scheduled, limited to standard cleaning & maintenance, no dishes, no laundry, guest payment responsability for services will be adjusted to total price. If you need periodical more frequent cleaning services -not included in total- please contact the host.
