Charming country cottage

Nice country house with direct river access. It is located in the heart of the village in a green setting where the birds will lull your afternoon naps. The house offers warm spaces with beautiful rooms and an ideal outdoor living environment for total disconnection. The beautifully wooded and intimate garden has a summer kitchen for sunny days and a path to access the river directly. The space The house has two entrances, one on the ground floor located on the street and another that opens onto the garden in the "basement". It is divided into two non-communicating parts. The first part is the main house which is composed of an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a living room, a shower room, a toilet, a bedroom with a 180 bed, another bedroom with two single beds and finally a conservatory to enjoy the sunset or the morning coolness. The second part consists of a living room (dining table, sofa, water point, breakfast) and a master suite with a 180 bed, shower room and dry toilet. The garden is fully fenced and shaded with a garden table, hammock and sun loungers, the summer kitchen is in the basement and opens directly onto the garden, (large fridge and freezer, gas hob, microwave and dishes) there is also a barbecue. From the garden you can follow a fully fenced path through our grounds that will take you to the river where you can also enjoy garden furniture and sun loungers. It's a very relaxing and inspiring place. You will certainly see our sheep, our hives, our chickens and our little dog Oya. There is ample parking reserved for cottage guests, with direct access from the garden. Several outdoor games are available: badminton, shuffleboard, pétanque, darts. Guest access In the case of a booking for 4 people, access to the studio is closed unless you request it. Other things to note I have the option to prepare the room for single beds in double bed (180) , you can let me know when you book what configuration you would like me to prepare the room. A visit to our small farm is available on request, Pierre will introduce you to what our profession of nursery and our environment consists. Our furry friends are welcome. We provide droppings bags, please make sure to pick up their little gifts in the garden before leaving. And thank you also for ensuring that they do not climb on the sofas, armchairs and beds. Sheets, towels, tea towels are provided. We provide some basic products to make your stay comfortable: coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, flour, spices, salt, pepper, oils, mustard, rice, pasta, baking paper, aluminum foil, shower products, toothpaste, toilet paper... Cleaning is not included in the price of your rental, upon your departure, the accommodation must be returned in the condition in which you found it.
