We offer you a private room in our house in the small village of Azur. Ideally located 10 minutes from the beach of Messanges, 5 minutes from the Lac d'Azur and its magnificent pontoon or 10 minutes from Soustons. You will have the calm and charm of the countryside combined with the proximity of the ocean. Our house is spacious, pleasant to live in with a beautiful green setting and bordered by a small stream. We offer a family and friendly atmosphere in our shared spaces. The space It is a large villa of more than 200m² and its garden of more than 1000m² bordered by a charming stream (30cm of water in general) directly accessible by a staircase. It consists of a large living room, a work / play room, a laundry room, an equipped kitchen and a large veranda overlooking the back of the house. If the rooms are rented individually, these places are shared. Two bedrooms upstairs with independent bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the ground floor sharing a bathroom and toilet. The rented room is spacious, bright, with a view of the garden and on the ground floor. It therefore has the bathroom and toilets shared with potential travelers from the second bedroom on the ground floor. IMPORTANT: depending on the season, if you rent your private room, you can be "single traveller" but we are also present (hostel style) or share accommodation with other travellers. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 travelers. Guest access If you rent this room, you have access to your room and all the aforementioned common areas on the ground floor as well as the garden of course.
