NON-SMOKING 12 M2 room on the second floor of my house, facing east with the sunrise over the trees of the golf course. New flooring. Cat present. Bathroom with private bathtub and separate toilet; facing west with a beautiful sunset over the garden and meadow located behind the house. 140 cm X 190 cm bed for 2 people. You have independent access and a parking is available in front of the house. Ideal room for a tourist break in Touraine. The space You have at your disposal a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet upstairs. You also have a kettle with tea and coffee, as well as a microwave to heat your meals if needed. SHEETS, DUVET COVER, PILLOWCASES AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR ONE NIGHT (except for a supplement of 5 euros to be paid on site) PLEASE let me know your choice before your arrival. Beyond one night, all bed and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is available for stays longer than 2 nights. I also live in the house and enjoy discussing and sharing my interests in my region. The wooden terrace facing the garden is available for you to rest or dine in my absence. The garden is wooded, equipped with deckchair, hammock in summer. The street is quiet, in a nice neighborhood: located between a golf course and a meadow, I live in a nice living environment. You can shop at Auchan located 10 km/minutes from the house. Nearby: Golf (1 min), Sound and Light Show Scénophéerie de Semblançay (10 min), historic center of Tours To discover: Son et Lumière d'Amboise, Châteaux d'Amboise (30 min), Château de Langeais (30 min), Châteaux de Chenonceau (60 min)…, Zoo de Beauval (60 min), hot air balloon flight (60 min), Cadre Noir de Saumur (60 min)… Not to mention the many vineyards. Guest access Access to the house and room is autonomous in case of absence using the keys in the key box. The instructions for opening are in the "instructions for your arrival" section. The kitchen is available for stays longer than 2 nights. A kettle with instant coffee is available in the room. I'm not equipped to host babies. I conserve Fragile Resources: water, electricity = short shower, radiator off during the day. (the pellet stove heats very well) No shoes upstairs: new parquet flooring.
